From Pastor Steve:

Hope you are having a blessed 4th of July! As we look forward to a day of worship with our church family tomorrow, let me mention a couple of things to you.

Due to the continued rise in numbers of those testing positive for COVID-19 and due to the fact that we now have a church member and three family members of church members testing positive for the virus, we are asking that you make a special effort to adhere to these guidelines:

* Use hand sanitizer as you enter and leave

* Masks are not required but strongly encouraged (masks will be provided for those who do not have one)

* Sit 6 ft. apart

* Families are asked to sit together

As a reminder, childcare is not available at this time and Children’s Church and Sunday School are postponed until a later date.

Thank you for cooperating as we all work together in this strange time. Remember the words of Paul in Philippians 2:3-4. “Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.”

COVID19 Update from Pastor Steve

As you know, we had planned to start back Sunday School on July 5th. However, due to the recent spike in the number of those testing positive, the deacons and I decided yesterday afternoon to postpone SS until a later date.

We will meet again July 12th to re-evaluate our options and hopefully schedule a start-up date at that time. I can assure you that this decision was not made hastily, but very prayerfully.

We love our small group Bible studies and recognize the crucial role they play in our church health, but we felt it best to limit exposure to other people.

We will, however, continue having our Sunday morning worship service, doing our best to practice safe meeting procedures.

Remember, Jesus is Lord and we will see Him soon.

For His glory,

Pastor Steve
